I worked as an Art Director for a multiple day food + beverage-based photography and video shoot with the Frame 4 team, they were so collaborative and helpful on pre-production calls leading up to the shoot dates, offering a variety of solutions to any questions that came up.
On set, the team were extremely professional, but while still keeping a fun and lighthearted vibe throughout the day. We always stayed on schedule and the content he captured, whether photography or video, was amazing. Devon was super receptive to suggestions or pivoting when needed, and made sure that everyone from myself to the clients to the producers to the stylists, were happy with the process and deliverables.
And finally, during post-production they provided all assets on time, exactly in the formats needed and was quick to answer any questions that came up. Devon and his team somehow managed to exceed the already high expectations I had during every step of the shoot, and anyone would be lucky to work with them in the future!
